Merchandise sales are NOT allowed from exhibit booths. No money is to be exchanged. These booths are for informational purposes only.
Distribution of catalogs and order forms are allowed, but no payment can be received at the booth.
Drawings and giveaways are allowed as long as there is no entry fee or cost for eligibility before or following the event.
All vendors must comply with the Wings for Widows’ Terms & Conditions.
Booth space available on a first come, first serve basis.
All applications are processed in the order received by the Wings for Widows office. If payment is separate from the application, the application will be processed once payment is received. The application alone will not reserve a booth space. Booth spaces are assigned by Wings for Widows and shall not be relocated without the express knowledge of and authorization by management.
Merchandise sales are only allowed at merchandise vendor booths (no food or beverage items are allowed).

The sale of CDs and other forms of music are regulated by HopeFest. HopeFest reserves the right to appoint the provider of artist merchandise and music. Artists will be marketing their own merchandise. Please contact HopeFest management if you are interested in selling music.
Wings for Widows has exclusive rights to the sale of all glow products.
