Ticket FAQS

  • Early-bird ticket sales are available at a reduced cost from March 1 to June 15 at midnight.
  • Advanced ticket sales are available from June 16 to August 19 at midnight.  After this, tickets will ONLY be available, at a higher cost, at the gate for walk-up sales beginning at noon on Sunday, August 21.
  • The Main Gate 1 and VIP Gate 2 Ticket Tents are open Sunday from noon to 9:00 p.m.
  • We use iTickets for the ease of print-at-home tickets.  Once you purchase tickets, you will receive an email with instructions on how to print them at home.
  • You will also be able to save your event ticket on your mobile phone.
  • Once you arrive at HopeFest, you will use your print-at-home ticket(s) or your mobile phone with QRC code to receive the appropriate wristband(s) for your actual admission to the event.
  • You must wear a wristband at all times while on festival grounds.
  • If your ticket(s) is lost or forgotten, contact us.
  • Your order must be placed on or before midnight on the cut-off date to receive the listed price.  Mail-in orders are accepted based on postmark date.
  • You may not add on to a group order at a later date.
  • There are no ticket refunds for any reason; in the event of a cancellation due to severe weather or other natural disaster, credits will be issued for HopeFest 2023.
  • Wristbands that are lost or have been tampered with will not be replaced.
  • Seek the help of another person when applying your wristband.
  • Be sure to apply the wristband securely but not too tightly.  Leave one finger distance of space between your wrist and the wristband for comfort and security.
  • Wristbands may be checked for proper application by staff.
  • Wristbands are required at all times while on the festival grounds.  Patrons may be subject to ejection with no refund if you take off or tamper with your wristband for any reason.
  • If you have an issue with your wristband, please stop by the Main Information tent near the Food Trucks.  See event map. 
  • There are no refunds for any reason.
  • VIP Deck Seating refers to the patio deck to the north of the stage (left wing, by pond).  See event map.  Excellent view and sound.
  • VIP Deck Seating cost is in addition to your general admission event ticket.
  • Occupancy is limited to 150 persons.
  • VIP Deck Seating does not guarantee a chair for all occupants, as there are high-top tables, benches and picnic tables, as well as chairs.
  • You can enjoy leaving this area and returning when your favorite band starts.  Hassle-free experience.
  • The VIP Deck Seating area has iced bottled water available throughout the day.
  • When you pick up your general admission wristband you will receive a second wristband for access to the VIP seating section.
  • You must access the festival grounds through the VIP Gate 2 entrance to obtain your VIP wristband.  See event map. 
  • Seating sections are general admission; you do not have an assigned seat.
  • Seating opens at noon.
  • There is no youth discount for VIP Deck Seating.
  • Children under 10 may enter without a wristband as long as they accompany an adult and sit on the adult’s lap.
  • Premium Seating refers to the 100 seats directly in front of the stage.  Best view, best sound.  The only way to get closer to the band is to get on stage with them!
  • Premium Seating cost is in addition to your general admission event ticket.
  • With Premium Seating, you don’t need to carry your chair in and out.  You can enjoy leaving this area and returning to your seat when your favorite band starts.  Hassle-free experience.
  • Premium Seating ticket holders have access to the VIP Tent in the VIP Deck Seating area for iced bottled water, available throughout the day.
  • When you pick up your general admission wristband you will receive a second wristband for access to the Premium Seating section.
  • You must access the festival grounds through the VIP Gate 2 entrance to obtain your VIP wristband.  See event map.
  • Seating sections are general admission; you do not have an assigned seat.
  • Seating opens at noon.
  • There is no youth discount for Premium Seating.
  • Children under 10 may enter without a wristband as long as they accompany an adult and sit on the adult’s lap.
  • Any person who enters the HopeFest festival grounds assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property.  Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.  Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen property or any vehicle while attending HopeFest.  Wings for Widows and volunteers performing services on behalf of Wings for Widows and HopeFest reserve the right to search individuals and personal property on the festival grounds.
  • When entering HopeFest festival grounds you are entering a venue where still images, sound and moving images will be captured.  Thus, entry onto the HopeFest grounds and/or purchase of an admission ticket constitutes consent to having your image, video or audio captured, stored, edited, and used to create derivative works by event staff, vendors, and volunteers.  The resulting materials and any derivatives of these materials may be used now and in the future by Wings for Widows, HopeFest, and its licensees without restriction or financial compensation on the web, in social media, in traditional media, in print and transmitted via airwaves.  The use of the material may include but not be limited to security, promotion, and other purposes.  All guests, volunteers, vendors, ticket holders and others on site waive their rights and license to any of this imagery.  People not willing to submit to this release, should not enter the festival grounds.
